Cancellation and Refund Terms

For cancellations made up to 60 days prior to your arrival date (from the moment you make the prepayment for the villa/apartment fee via EFT, bank transfer, credit card (single payment or installments), cash, or mail order), the entire prepayment will be forfeited, as it has already been paid to the villa/apartment owner as a down payment. The remaining amount must be paid to us in cash upon arrival at the villa/apartment. If you wish to cancel your reservation less than 60 days before your arrival date, 100% of the remaining payment will be charged to the customer. If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less before the arrival date, or if the customer does not arrive at the villa/apartment and there is no stay, the entire remaining payment will be charged to the customer. If the customer pays the full villa/apartment price to [web] at their own request (via EFT, bank transfer, or cash), 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited if the cancellation is made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date. If the cancellation occurs before 60 days, the remaining 35% will not be refunded, as the time between bookings is very short and the property is unlikely to be rented to another customer. If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less before the arrival date, or if the customer does not check in and stays at all, no portion of the amount paid will be refunded. If, for any reason, the villa/apartment reservation is cancelled by [web], the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If an equivalent villa/apartment is available in our portfolio for the same dates, it will be suggested to the customer. If the customer does not approve and the situation does not fall under the 'force majeure' clause, the money received will be refunded to the customer.
